We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Hong Kong and accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments. If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your order, you must request them within 12 hours of ordering. After this time, your request will be denied. However, if you receive your order and are not satisfied, you can return it for a half refund.

 

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, and it can take up to 3 business days from the order date for them to be processed and shipped. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends. During holidays and sale seasons, there may be extra processing time.

 

Due to high demand, orders may take between 1-2 weeks to arrive.

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Please note that the prices displayed on their site are tax-free in US Dollars. This means that you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by Karvenci.
